Employee Relations Disputes Resolution Committee

This is a Committee of the Council constituted under Sections 101 and 102 of the Local Government Act, 1972.

1. To consider disputes of a collective nature, or which have collective

application, not resolved through the Corporate Negotiating Group, in line with Part 3 – Disputes Resolution, of the Industrial Relations Framework.
