Licensing and Gambling Acts Committee

The Licensing and Gambling Acts Committee is responsible for exercising any of the Council’s  functions under the Licensing Act 2003 and Gambling Act 2005; and any other associated matters that naturally fall within the jurisdiction of the committee where legislation permits.
