Drivers Licensing Panel

The Drivers Licensing Panel considers applications for hackney carriage/private hire drivers licences.  Meetings are scheduled as needed and the Panel is made up of five elected Members drawn from the membership of the Licensing and Public Protection Committee. The Panel has the authority to grant, refuse, revoke, or suspend any hackney carriage/private hire drivers licence.
