Licensing & Public Protection Committee

The Licensing and Public Protection Committee is made up of thirteen Members and has decision-making powers on matters relating to a wide range of functions.  The Committee is charged with ensuring the promotion of the licensing objectives which are:                         The prevention of crime and disorder;             Public safety;             The prevention of public nuisance;             The protection of children from harm.   More information is available on Part 3: Responsibility of Functions of the Constitution.
