Pursuant to an Authorisation from the Cabinet Member for Education, Skills and Bus Transport

Having consulted with the Cabinet Member for Education, Skills and Bus Transport in accordance with the Cabinet Member decision on the 25th January 2024.

To permanently extend the age range of Hatherley Infant School from 4-7 to 2-7 with effect from the 1st April 2024 subject to the school converting to academy status on the Conversion Date set out in the Academy Order
