Purpose
Pursuant to the Cabinet decision of 19th July 2023 and the following power delegated to the Director of Integrated Commissioning under Gloucestershire County Council’s Constitution:
Having consulted with the Cabinet Member for Adult Social Care Commissioning and in accordance with the Cabinet decision dated 19th July 2023
To:
Abandon the competitive procurement process for the supply of the Community Autism Support and Advice Service.
To vary the terms of the contract with Gloucestershire Rural Council and Communities (GRCC) due to expire on 31 March 2024, for the provision of the supply of post-diagnostic support to autistic adults for the purposes of extending its term by a further period of 12 months.
