To approve the allocation of £221,750 from the Homes for Ukraine (HFU) Scheme Section 31 Grant (described in the Resource Implications section of this report) to the council’s Adult Education Service for the purpose of developing and delivering a learning programme for refugees during the period January 2024 to December 2025.
