Purpose

Pursuant to an Authorisation from: Cllr Stowe, Deputy Leader and Cabinet Member for Finance and Change on 15 October 2021
There have been changes to Cabinet since the above Cabinet decision was taken on 15th October 2021. As a result, Cllr Colin Hay, Deputy Leader and Cabinet Member for Finance, Assets & Transformation has been consulted in relation to decision now being taken.

Following consultation with the Cabinet Member for Finance and
Change in accordance with an Individual Cabinet Decision dated
15th October 2021 relating to the procurement of replacement
contracts for the supply of ICT user devices and mobile telephony,
and an Executive Officer Decision taken by Director of Digital &
People Services in relation to replacement contracts for the supply
of ICT user devices and mobile telephony, as described in the
Background Section of this report.
DECISIONS
1. To order the below stated kit pursuant to the terms of the
council’s call-off contract with Dell Corporation Ltd under Lot 1 and
Lot 2 of the NHS Digital Workplace Framework: Link3 (Hardware)
– SBS10044:
Up to 150 Dell Pro Micro Plus Desktops

Decision
