To award, without further competition, a call-off contract for the supply of Data Centre Services, Racks and Power Supply under Lot 1 of the YPO 01229 – Network Connectivity and Telecommunications Solutions 2 Framework Agreement, to the council’s incumbent supplier of WAN and LAN services, namely British Telecommunications Plc (BT), in accordance with the framework’s direct award criteria.



The proposed call-off contract shall continue for a period of 2 years and 10 months and include options to extend its term for two further periods of 1 year each (i.e., 2 years and 10 months +1 +1 years) so as to align with the term of the council’s current call-off contract with BT for the supply of Network Services.
