Personnel Appeals Panel

The Personnel Appeals Panel considers and determines appeals against disciplinary action, appeals against the outcome of job evaluations and appeals under the Council's Grievance Procedure.   The Personnel Appeals Panel has the following powers and duties:   ·                     To consider and decide upon appeals against disciplinary action.
