Harrow's Cabinet approved the introduction of an Article 4 Direction to remove permitted development rights for converting dwelling houses to small Houses in Multiple Occupation. Harrow Council's Cabinet approved recommendations regarding the Harrow Strategic Development Partnership on 11 June 2026. The decision was made to provide an update on the partnership's progress and to approve recommendations set out in an exempt appendix.
