Planning Policy Committee (From 2021 to 2024)

The purpose of the Planning Policy Committee is to consider planning policy matters and to make recommendations to Cabinet or Council, as appropriate on planning policy issues, particularly in connection with the Havant Local Plan.    The full Terms of Reference and delegated functions of the Committee are set out in Part 2, Section E of the Council's Constitution.
