Health Overview & Scrutiny Sub-Committee

The Committee scrutinises local health services and their effect on Havering residents. Health bodies currently scrutinised include Havering Clinical Commissioning Group, Barking, Havering and Redbridge University Hospitals' NHS Trust (responsible for Queen's Hospital in Romford) and North East London NHS Foundation Trust (responsible for mental health services in Havering). Many issues are scrutinised jointly with neighbouring boroughs as well as, where appropriate, on a pan-London basis.
