Appeals Sub-Committee

The Grievance Policy passed by Policy and Resources committee on 29 November 2011 (Min P&R 122/11) provides for an appeal process, with a final stage in front of a panel of Members.   

Three Members, one of which is the Chair of Council.

Delegated Powers (Min P&R 67/12) to determine any employee's appeal in relation to grievance or disciplinary matters.
