Boating Sub Committee

As at 1 June 2025 there has not been a sub-committee set-up by the Licensing Committee.

 

Previous Terms of Reference:

BSC1     To deal with issues relating to the registration and licensing of Boats and Boatmen in the locality of the Isles of Scilly.

BSC2     To delegate the power to issue licences, following a successful testing procedure, to an officer of the authority.

BSC3     To provide a report on any and all activities of the Sub Committee to each meeting of the Licensing Committee.
