See STANDING ORDERS Appendix B – Terms of Reference for Council and Committees Current membership: The membership of the Board shall be: (a) Members and Officers of the Council of the Isles of Scilly (i) The Vice Chairman of the Council (ii) Lead Member for Children (iii) Lead Member for Adults + Cllr John Peacock if dual roles held in I, II or III. (iv) Designated Director of Children’s Services (v) Designated Director of Adult Social Services (vi) Joint Director of Public Health for Cornwall Council and the Council of the Isles of Scilly (b) NHS Cornwall and the Isles of Scilly Integrated Care Board (ICB) (i) ICB Place Director for the West of Cornwall* (ii) ICB Medical Director for Neighbourhood Development* * or such other ICB executive roles as shall be determined by the ICB Chair (c) Healthwatch (i) Healthwatch Isles of Scilly nominee (d) Partnership (i) Chairman of Safer Scilly (e) Voluntary Sector (i) Voluntary Sector Forum nominee (f) Devon and Cornwall Police (i) Police and Crime Commissioner or Deputy (g) Provider (i) Royal Cornwall Hospital nominee (ii) Cornwall Partnership NHS Foundation Trust nominee All of the above members are voting members.
