Housing Crisis Task Group Terms of Reference   Purpose To explore options that all sections of the community, businesses and the public sector can consider and develop, to help tackle the housing crisis facing the Isles of Scilly.   Membership ·         Lead Member for Housing and Corporate Estate (chairman) ·         Lead Member for Planning and Regulatory Services ·         Nicola Stinson ·         Officers from Housing and Housing-Enabling ·         CIOS Chief Planning Officer ·         Homes England ·         Reg Social housing providers ·         IOS Steamship roup ·         Duchy of Cornwall ·         Islands Partnership (IP) ·         Health providers ·         Five Island Academy   Scope This is a non decision making partnership forum that reports to both the Islands Futures board and to individual partners own governance arrangements.   The groups key focus is to explore practical options that can be developed into immediate and medium term housing solutions such as ( and not limited to): ·         Temporary housing options ·         Move on incentives ·         Modular quick delivery units ·         Enforcement and restriction options ·         Key worker allocation pledges ·         Government Housing asks ·         Government planning restriction asks The group will meet virtually to allow mainland partners attendance and will meet as agreed with the Chairman.
