Licensing Regulatory Committee

The Licensing Regulatory Committee, made up of four elected members, makes decisions on all matters not covered by the Licensing Act 2003. This includes street markets, track betting and special treatment registration.

Alcohol licensing and other matters covered by the Licensing Act 2003 are dealt with by the council’s Licensing Committee and 4 sub-committees
