Regulation Committee Appeal Panel (Transport)

The Regulation Committee has delegated a range of its functions to sub-committees or ‘Member Panels’.   The Regulation Committee Appeal Panel (Transport) is one such Member Panel and it meets to consider and determine School Transport Appeals, in according with section 17 of the KCC Constitution (Committee arrangements).
