Council but a list of the publication dates of the Council’s
Constitution.
The Royal Borough of Kingston Council has a
Constitution that sets out how the council conducts its business,
how decisions are made and the procedures to be followed to make
sure that these are efficient, transparent and accountable to local
people. Some of these processes are required by the law, while
others are a matter for the council to determine itself.
The Constitution is divided into a number of
parts, which set out the basic rules governing the council's
business.
