South of the Borough Neighbourhood Committee

Neighbourhood Committees have responsibility for certain development control, highways and other place based functions including the management of public parks and community halls and engagement with local residents, businesses, campaign groups and voluntary and community sector organisations.   Please note the Planning Sub-Committee for this Committee have been decommissioned and any planning business that is required to be considered will be taken to this Committee.     Recordings of the Committee’s meetings can be found at:
