District-Wide Planning Committee

The District-Wide Committee has delegated authority in respect of all Planning, Development Management and Highways functions which are not by virtue of any legislation present or future, the responsibility of the Executive and are not required by legislation to be carried out in the full Council. This Committee will generally only determine full and outline planning applications for minor and other scale development proposals set out in the Scheme of Delegation 2023.
