Housing Scrutiny Sub-Committee

To scrutinise private sector housing enforcement and regulation and the work of the Housing Department in supporting the borough’s goal to improve housing quality in its social homes and neighbourhoods, and managing the Lambeth Housing Partnership with other Registered Providers. This includes:

a.    housing needs

b.    homelessness

c.    home ownership

d.    leaseholders and rents

e.    tenancy and estate management

f.     housing repairs g. compliance and major works; and,

g.    the Direct Labour Organisation (DLO).
