The Licensing Sub-Committee was scheduled to convene to examine licensing applications for three establishments: one seeking a new premises licence, another requesting a variation to its existing licence, and the third facing a review of its current licence. The committee, consisting of Councillor David Robson, Chair of Licensing, Councillor John-Paul Ennis, and Councillor Sarina Da Silva, was to consider each application based on Lambeth Council's Statement of Licensing Policy, guidance from the Secretary of State, the Licensing Objectives outlined in the Licensing Act 2003[^2], and any received representations.

The Lambeth Council meeting on 15 October 2025 included discussion of a wealth tax, a tourist levy, and the allocation of seats to political groups. Councillors also heard deputations on community space funding, parking for carers, and improvements to the Tulse Hill Gyratory. Ultimately, the council approved a motion to introduce an overnight levy in Lambeth and a motion to support Lambeth's night time economy and workers.
