To agree that North
Northamptonshire Council:
 

1.   
Approve and sign the JCT Design and Build Contract in
relation to the design, supply and installation of artificial grass
pitch at Kettering Pitch & Track, Thurston Drive, Kettering,
NN15 6PB. Between Field Turf Tarkett SAS and North Northamptonshire
Council. 

2.   
Approve and sign the Parent Company Guarantee relating to the
design, supply and installation of an artificial grass pitch at
Kettering Pitch & Track, Thurston Drive, Kettering, NN15
6PB.  Between Tarkett (Guarantor) and North
Northamptonshire Council. 

3.   
Approve and sign the Subcontractor Collateral Warranty
relating to the design, supply, and installation of the artificial
grass pitch at Kettering Pitch & Track, Thurston Drive,
Kettering, NN15 6PB.  Between S & C Slatters,
North Northamptonshire Council and Field Turf Tarkett
SAS.
