About

The Board is established under the Health and Social Care Act 2012; the aims of the Health and Wellbeing Board are to: ·  Lead the development of the local authority’s role in integrating the commissioning of health, social care and other services. ·  Support the development of local partnerships for health and social care with a consensus on local need, priorities and service development. ·  Facilitate the engagement and involvement of local residents in the development of locally delivered of health and social care provision. ·  Work with regional and pan London bodies to ensure that the health and social care needs of residents are understood and taken account of in the commissioning of services at regional and pan London level.   Further information about the Richmond Health and Wellbeing Board can be found here.
