Pensions Panel

The Pensions Panel has delegated powers from the Pensions Committee to consider the arrangements to ensure the effective management of the Pension Fund. The Panel reviews and make recommendations to the Pensions Committee on a number of matters, for example; strategic asset allocation, benchmarks and performance targets, the performance of Fund Investment Managers, the Investment Principles and the Funding Strategy statements,  legislative, financial and economic changes which impact on the investment activity of the Fund and the advice from advisers appointed by the Panel.
