The Member Conduct Panel determines whether a Member or co-opted member of the Council has breached the Members’ Code of Conduct, having regard to the Council’s published arrangements for dealing with standards allegations.  It decides what further action (if any) needs to be taken in the event that the Member has breached the Members’ Code of Conduct.   Find out more...
