The Outer North East London Joint Health Overview and Scrutiny Committee (JHOSC) is made up of representatives from Essex County Council and the London Boroughs of Barking and Dagenham, Havering, Redbridge, and Waltham Forest.
The Committee’s remit is consider London-wide and local NHS service developments and changes that impact at least two of the authorities mentioned above.
