Outer North East London Joint Health Overview & Scrutiny Committee

The Outer North East London Joint Health Overview and Scrutiny Committee (JHOSC) is made up of representatives from Essex County Council and the London Boroughs of Barking and Dagenham, Havering, Redbridge, and Waltham Forest.
