Purpose:

This report recommends the award of the Measured Term Contract (MTC) for Multi-Trade Works to Kirkman & Jourdain Ltd for planned maintenance works to schools and corporate buildings for a two-year period, with an option to extend for two one-year periods at the Council’s discretion. Decision Taken:

I, the Director of Capital Strategy & Portfolio Management hereby approve the award of the MTC for Multi-Trade Works to Kirkman & Jourdain Ltd, who provided the most economical and competitive tender bid as detailed in the Evolve Norse tender report Appendix 1 to the report (exempt). The overall value of the contract will not exceed £4,000,000.

And I have instructed the proper officer to publish this written record of my decision.
