Licensing & Public Space Protection Order (PSPO) Sub Committee

Licensing & PSPO Sub-Committees are convened as required and are responsible for 1) handling applications and enforcing regulations related to licensing (e.g., for businesses) and 2) Public Space Protection Orders (PSPOs), which address specific issues in public spaces. Any three members of the Licensing Panel, including its substitutes, can sit on a Licensing & PSPO Sub-Committee. Political balance is maintained wherever possible.   The terms of reference for this meeting can be found in Part 6 of the Council’s Constitution.
