Maidenhead Development Management Committee
About
The Maidenhead Development Management Committee is responsible for making decisions on planning applications such as major developments, listed buildings, and those with significant public impacts. The committee is also responsible for making decisions on applications that are "called in" by ward councillors. Membership of the Maidenhead Development Management Committee is politically balanced and consists of seven members drawn from councillors representing the following wards: Hurley & Walthams, Cox Green, Oldfield, Boyn Hill, St Mary’s, Belmont, Riverside, Furze Platt, Pinkneys Green, Bisham & Cookham, Bray. Substitute members can be drawn from any ward. Meetings of the Maidenhead Development Management Committee take place monthly in the Council Chamber at Maidenhead Town Hall. Extraordinary meetings are set up as required. The terms of reference for this meeting can be found in Part 6 of the Council’s Constitution.
