Purpose:
Content: Item 4 Councillor Agnew declared an interest by virtue of her husband's previous professional involvement with land at the site and would therefore leave the room for the item. Councillor Dickinson made a transparency statement by virtue of knowing the applicant in her role as a local Ward 18 Councillor, however having applied the objective test she concluded there was no interest to declare. Item 5 Councillor Dickinson a transparency statement with reference to the Stonehaven Promenade by virtue of being a Ward 18 Councillor and had been part of discussions and decisions regarding the traffic management review. Having applied the objective test she concluded there was no interest to declare. Item 6 Councillor Dickinson made a transparency statement by virtue of usually declaring an interest in matters relating to the Recreation grounds, however the Bowling Club was a separate entity and as such having applied the objective test she concluded that there was no interest to declare. Councillor Turner made a transparency statement by virtue of representing the Council as an observer on the Recreation Grounds Board, however having not been party to the details of the application and having applied the objective test he concluded that there was no interest to declare.
