Content: RESOLVED that the Committee:  a)  NOTED progress on Richmond Corporate Plan actions set out in Appendix A. b)  NOTED the Education and Children’s Services. c)  AGREED that there was not an area of performance which should be recommended for consideration as part of the Policy and Performance Review Board’s workplan.
