Content: RESOLVED:   The Committee:   a)    Approved Northamptonshire Children’s Trust’s entering into a strategic partnership with Shaw Trust on the basis outlined in this report.   b)    Approved a Change Control to increase NCT’s 2025/26 Contract Sum by £0.322 to address pressures set out in the report.   c)     Noted that North Northamptonshire’s legal services have been instructed to draw up the contractual arrangements for the partnership.
