Content: At the Chairs invitation Melanie Barnett, Director of Children’s Services, gave a brief overview of the report, that had been circulated prior to the meeting.   The Committee agreed the recommendations.   RESOLVED:   The Committee:   a) Noted that the 2023/24 Annual Review of the Service Delivery Contract (SDC) between Northamptonshire Children’s Trust (NCT) and West and North Northamptonshire Councils which includes the 2023/24 Annual Report (Appendices A-H) was completed by the Strategic Group in line with the arrangements of Service Delivery Contract.   b) Noted the contents of the 2023/24 Annual Report (Appendices A-H)
