Content: The motion was MOVED by Councillor De Ryk, SECONDED by Councillor Wise and it was RESOLVED that Council agreed to:   1. note the contents of this report; 2. approve the amendments to the Constitution endorsed, by the Governance Committee as set out in paragraphs 4.2, 4.4, 4.7, 4.9, 4.11, 4.13 and 4.14 of the report; 3. approve the holistic review of the Constitution as set out in section 5 of the report.
