Purpose:

Content: Agreed (1) to highlight that where there appears to be changes in governance routes it is important for these changes to be reported to AC, (2) to highlight that the BAC has asked for specific engagement in relation to the Campus but no indication has been given as to when this will take place, and that the Area Manager should again request the Head of Property to provide an update on when this will take place, (3) in relation to both projects, to request a ‘tracker’ be produced that outlines a list of targets and where there is a delay that the reason for the delay be made available, (4) to highlight that the BAC requested a visit to Peterhead Academy and the other affected Schools, and that the Area Manager should again request the Head of Property to provide an update in respect of when these visits will take place, and (5) to express frustration with the lack of progress since August 2024
