Purpose: To note and comment on the overall financial performance up to quarter two of 2024/25 and note the Council has had complied with the prudential indicators as set by Council in February 2024. To approve the submission of the report to Full Council for approval in accordance with the Chartered Institute of Public Finance and Accountancy's Treasury Management in the Public Services: Code of Practice.
