Purpose: Report to approve the Terms of Reference for the Cornwall and Isles of Scilly Economic Prosperity Board between Cornwall Council and the Council of the Isles of Scilly, as included in the Council’s Constitution and that they continue for an additional year of 2025-26.

Content: It was moved by Councillor Taylor, seconded by Councillor Harris and   RESOLVED:   1.  That the proposed amendments to the Cornwall and Isles of Scilly Economic Prosperity Board Terms of Reference, as set out in Appendix 1 to the report, be approved.
