Content: RESOLVED: Cabinet; a)    Noted the strategy ambition and delivery process. b)    Formally approved the strategy for adoption as the WNC Active Lives Strategy.   REASONS RESOLVED: 1.     The strategy development process has been designed with collaborative working at its core. This is the only way the Council will achieve a significant change in behaviour that will lead to increasing the number of people living more active lives. 2.     The strategy aligns with the Thriving People and Thriving Place themes set out in One West Northamptonshire Plan. 3.     The WNC Active Lives Strategy has been developed through a strategy steering group who have professional expertise in sport, physical activity and health and wellbeing. The beneficial outcomes from living a more active life are a core purpose for steering group members who will be responsible for driving the delivery of the strategy.   ALTERNATIVE OPTIONS: None
