Content: That Cabinet:   1.     Authorises the Executive Director of Resources, in consultation with the Portfolio Holder for Finance, to commence a procurement process for the provision of the Council’s financial accounting system; and   2.     Authorises the Executive Director for Resources to enter into all relevant contracts and agreements necessary to implement this decision on terms and conditions acceptable to him.
