Content: Officers will prepare a briefing note on plans for business centres.   Officers to monitor and report on the impact of vacancy management to ensure it is not becoming too detrimental to the operation of the Council.   Officers to investigate and report back on who made the decision to centralise income from solar panels and whether it came to the committee for decision making.   Officers to provide more details on the issues surrounding the budget line for non-income generating assets and repair obligations.
