Purpose:
Content: RESOLVED that – 1. the Draft Section 75 Partnership Agreement be approved, based on the final Section 75 Partnership Agreement 24/25, and to be further varied to record changes agreed by SWL ICB and Royal Borough of Kingston (RBK) for the 25/26 Financial Year; 2. authority be delegated to the Executive Director of Adult Social Care & Health, Executive Director of Children’s Services and Director of Public Health to finalise the agreement in consultation with the relevant Portfolio Holders, the Kingston Partnership Board (undertaking the statutory functions of the Health and Wellbeing Board for Kingston) and the Commissioning Governance Board; this is to allow the timely and flexible approval of in year changes; 3. the extension of major Public Health Contracts for 2025/26 be approved, for 0-19 Health Visiting and School Health, Contraceptive and Sexual Health (CaSH) Services and the Chlamydia Screening Office (CSO), Level 3 Specialist Sexual Health Service (GUM) (The Wolverton) and Substance Misuse Services.
