Content: RESOLVED that:   1.         a School Street scheme be implemented for St Matthew's C of E Primary School, Langley Road, Surbiton by Experimental Traffic Management Order, subject to early engagement with the local community according to the stakeholder engagement plan outlined in paragraphs 6-10 of the report; and   2.         authority be delegated to the Director, Highways, Transport and Regulatory Services to confirm details of the scheme, in consultation with the Chair of the Neighbourhood Committee and relevant Ward Councillors.
