Content: RESOLVED that:   following the marketing of the site, and noting the information included in Exempt Annex 1, authority be delegated to the Executive Director Place, in consultation with the Portfolio Holder for Finance, Assets and Governance, to agree the terms of the disposal of the Cattle Market Car Park at a price which is in compliance with the Council’s statutory duty under Section 123 (2) of the Local Government Act 1972 (“the LGA”) to achieve the best consideration reasonably obtainable and entering into all relevant agreements.
