Purpose:
Content: to UPHOLD the NOR and REVERSE the AO Decision and Grant FPP based on the development proposal being in compliance with policy, notwithstanding the P2 designation and the impacts have been mitigated by the management of the woodland and the replanting undertaken. The consent would be subject to planning conditions to ensure that the fencing on the north/north westerly boundary of the site is no more than 1.2m in height, and submitted for approval of the Planning Service. The fencing at west side should be no more than 1.2m high from its north westerly end to the point where it aligns with the building line of the adjacent dwelling house, Marvin, Belhelvie, and 1.8m high on the boundary to the south/south east of the site.
