Content: AGREED: That cabinet noted the report and: i) Approved the sale of the Council’s Freehold Interest in the Nicholsons Walk Shopping Centre, Central House and the Site of the former Broadway Car Park to Denhead S.a.r.l.. ii) Delegated authority to the Executive Director of Place Services in consultation with the Cabinet Member Planning, Governance and Asset Management, to negotiate and agree the option agreement with Denhead S.a.r.l.
