Purpose: This report sets out the progress update on deliverables from April to October 2024. The report also highlights key changes in context since the Council Plan’s adoption. This has informed a review and refresh of the Council Plan’s deliverables and key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor performance and progress against the Plan.

Content: AGREED: That cabinet noted the report and: i)                 Reviewed the deliverable progress update in Appendix A ii)               Reviewed the updated set of deliverables and KPIs to the Council Plan, summarised in Appendix B iii)             Considered the recommendations made by Corporate Overview & Scrutiny at their meeting on 27 March 2025, and agrees to accept these, as appropriate. iv)             Agreed to take the Council Plan to Council in April for consideration and agreement.
